Roto-Sieve is known for its long service life: an illustration
40 years of loyal service in a chicken slaughterhouse: this unit (unit no. 363) was first put into service back in 1978 for the separation of feathers. Neither the brush nor the spray installation are used here, the unit is cleaned manually once a day and still does what is expected to do.
There is no problem to keep old machine up and running that long, because even for the old Roto-Sieves, parts and wear parts are still available from stock from the central warehouse in Kalmar, Sweden. This applies to all models, from large to small, and for all construction years. Whenever required, your old machine can be completely reconditioned in our workshops.
However, it is important to know that our Roto-Sieves are constructed in such a way that replacement parts can be replaced quickly and easily by your own maintenance technicians. Our Roto-Sieves are durable and made to last: you will save considerably on maintenance and replacement costs.
If you have a question, if you think you have a problem or if you notice wear and tear, don’t hesitate to contact us: you always get a quick reply.
